George Spears
George Spears has more than 30 years of experience purchasing commercial and industrial products. Buying within these product categories is difficult because the products are configurable and expensive; further, there is no end-to-end technology solution to facilitate online transactions for complex two-step distribution models fortifying the link from manufacturer, to dealer, to end customer.
In founding ePN, George leverages his multifaceted experience within manufacturing environments, selling organizations, buying organizations and within corporate procurement. He has created technology that transforms the way that buyers and sellers work together to grow.
George is a successful serial entrepreneur. He has developed five high performance organizations in the past two decades focusing on effectively delivering transformational results through reorganizations, joint ventures and mergers. George has enjoyed tremendous success by relentlessly driving high revenue growth through strategic product diversification, channel marketing and sales management. In May of 2010, George was featured in, "Profiles in Success: Inspiration from Executive Leaders in the Washington D.C. Area, Volume I" a book focusing on business leadership by Gordon J. Bernhardt.
He holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BA from Washington and Lee University in Virginia.
